Came to check the recurring garage door opener problem that caused the door to reverse. Customer attempted to demonstrate the problem but it did not occur. However, we explained the safety sensors often cause this scenario, and upon inspecting them we indeed found damaged lenses and slight misalignment, which very well could explain the problem occurring on and off. Replaced both garage door sensors with new units and ensured alignment was correct between them. Informed customer to let us know should the problem return.
